Yes, it is possible to track and trace packages by entering your tracking number in the Track & Trace box on the home page or by calling our Customer Service at T. 5287678
Do you have Express Mail Services?
Yes we do! It is called EMS – a more detailed explanation can be found under the same name in the Post Aruba Services
Is there a postal code for Aruba?
No, Aruba doesn’t have a postal code.
Can I change my address by phone?
It is not possible to make the change of address by telephone, it should be done in person at the main post office in Oranjestad.
Do you sell packing materials like boxes or bubble envelopes in your offices?
Yes, we offer different packing materials at all our post offices.
How and where can I apply for a PO Box?
In order for you to receive a P.O. Box, you must first fill out the P.O. Box application form which can be obtained at any of our branches (Oranjestad or San Nicolas). After your P.O. Box request has been approved, you can make the payment at any of our branches and pick up your key at the post offices at Oranjestad or San Nicolas.
Do you have the Money Transfer Service at the post offices?
Post Aruba does not offer any Money Transfer services.
